Where we deliver
We deliver to Switzerland and Liechtenstein. At present, we do not deliver to other countries. If you live elsewhere, tell us, and we let you know when we ship to your country.
From Itingen with Swiss Post, no customs
We pack every order ourselves and ship it from Itingen, Switzerland, with Swiss Post. Liechtenstein belongs to the Swiss customs area, so there are no customs formalities, duties or import taxes.
Shipping methods and costs
You pay the actual Swiss Post postage for your shipment, rounded up to the next CHF 0.10. The postage depends on the size and weight of your order and on the shipping method. The checkout shows the methods available for your order with their prices before you order. It preselects the cheapest method with tracking. You can choose another one.

Letters are only offered for small orders that fit into a letter. Swiss Post's transit times are not guaranteed.
Delivery times
- In stock: your order leaves us within 1–3 working days.
- Built to order: units above our stock are ready to ship within 2–4 weeks.
The time starts with our order confirmation. If you pay by bank transfer, it starts when your payment arrives. Swiss Post's transit time is added. If your shipping method includes tracking, we email you the tracking number when your shipment leaves us.
Built to order
We build our sensors ourselves, and our stock is limited. If you order more units than we have in stock, we build the additional units for you. The checkout shows this before you order, and we confirm it by email. We normally ship the whole order together once all units are ready.
Prices
All prices are final prices in Swiss francs (CHF). Not registered for VAT (turnover below CHF 100,000): no VAT is charged.
Volume discounts for 3 or more sensors are deducted automatically in the cart. You find them in our terms and conditions.

Card, Apple Pay, Google Pay and TWINT payments run on the secure payment page of our payment service provider Stripe Payments Europe, Limited. Your card details never reach us. The amount is charged when you complete the payment.
Paying by bank transfer
- Choose bank transfer in the checkout and place your order.
- Our order confirmation email contains our bank details and a payment reference. Your order page also shows a QR-bill that you can scan with your banking app.
- Please pay within 10 days and use the payment reference, so that we can match your payment.
- When your payment arrives, we prepare your order for shipping. The delivery times above start then.
- If your payment has not arrived after 10 days, we may cancel the order. We tell you by email. You then owe us nothing.
