Overview

• 30-day returns for everyone: you can return products within 30 days of delivery, without giving a reason, and get the product price back. This is voluntary on our part. It applies to all customers, consumers and business customers, in Switzerland and in Liechtenstein.
• Switzerland: Swiss law has no statutory right of withdrawal for online purchases. Our voluntary return policy applies.
• Liechtenstein: if you are a consumer living in Liechtenstein, you also have a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days. Our return policy covers this period. The statutory rules, explained below, apply in addition.

Our voluntary 30-day return policy

How it works

1. Tell us within 30 days of delivery that you want to return products: with the online form, or by email to hello@sunmatched.com. Please give your order number and, if you return only some products, which ones. You do not need to give a reason.
2. Send the products back within 14 days after you told us, to the return address below.
3. We refund you within 14 days after the products have arrived back with us.

Conditions

• The product must be complete, with all parts supplied, and undamaged. You may test it as you would in a shop: normal testing is fine.
• You pay the cost of sending it back.
• Please pack the product safely, ideally in its original packaging, and add your order number.

Refund

We refund the product price you paid. We use the payment method you paid with, unless we agree on something else with you. If you paid by bank transfer, we may ask you for your account details. The refund costs you nothing.

Under this voluntary policy, we do not refund the shipping costs. If you return only some units of an order with a volume discount, we refund the discounted price you paid for these units.

If a product comes back damaged or incomplete, the voluntary return policy does not apply to it. We will contact you and look for a fair solution with you.

The return policy also applies to units we build to order. They are standard products, not made to your personal specifications.

Statutory right of withdrawal for consumers in Liechtenstein

The following instructions on withdrawal apply only if you are a consumer and live in Liechtenstein. They do not apply to customers in Switzerland or to business customers: for them, our voluntary return policy above applies.

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods. If you ordered several goods in one order and they are delivered separately, the withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the last good.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Dunkel Engineering, Christoph Dunkel, Weiermattweg 30, 4452 Itingen, Switzerland, phone: +41 78 713 88 90, email: info@dunkel-engineering.ch) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory.

You can also electronically fill in and submit the model withdrawal form or any other unequivocal statement on our website at sunmatched.com/legal/withdraw.html. If you use this option, we will communicate to you an acknowledgement of receipt of such a withdrawal on a durable medium (e.g. by email) without delay.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us (Dunkel Engineering, Weiermattweg 30, 4452 Itingen, Switzerland) without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.

You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Good to know

• The right of withdrawal also applies to units we build to order. They are standard products, not made to your personal specifications.
• If you withdraw from only part of an order with a volume discount, we refund the discounted price you paid for the units you return.
• After the 14 days, and up to 30 days after delivery, you can still return products under our voluntary return policy above.
